Tommy Boman, Director 
Mr. Boman has been a consultant and director of Optimal Group Inc., a NASDAQ listed corporation, since April 2004 and its predecessor company Terra Payments Inc. from March 2003 until April 2004. Previously, Mr. Boman held executive positions around the world for 20 years with IMS Health. He was Vice-Chairman of IMS International and President and Chief Executive Officer of IMS America. Mr. Bowman oversaw the IMS technology and production centers in Europe, Africa and Asia as well as serving as Regional Vice-president of Central Europe. Mr. Boman earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Stockholm Engineering School in 1960.
