Jeffrey Wasserstein, Director
Mr. Wasserstein has been Executive Vice-President of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company, since January 2005. From July 2004 to January 2005, he was an Executive Vice-President and the Chief Business Officer of Avigenics, Inc., a biotechnology company. From September 2001 to December 2003, Mr. Wasserstein was the Senior Vice-President of Schering-Plough Corporation, a pharmaceutical company. From February 1998 to September 2001, he was President and General Manager of Schering Canada, Inc. From April 1991 to February 1998, he was Staff Vice-President of Schering-Plough Corporation. Mr. Wasserstein holds a law degree (JD) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Franklin & Marshall College.
