Robert Boisjoli, Director 
Mr. Boisjoli brings to the Aptilon Board extensive financial and business analysis expertise. He is currently President of Atwater Financial Group after serving as CFO and co-founder of Xanthus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to founding Xanthus, Mr. Boisjoli was head of Investment Banking in Quebec for several Canadian securities firms where his activities involved raising equity for emerging companies in both the fields of biotech and information technology. Prior to his career in investment banking, Mr. Boisjoli spent ten years as an independent business valuator with two leading firms specializing in business valuation. Throughout his career, Mr. Boisjoli has valued over 500 businesses for general corporate finance purposes and assisted numerous enterprises in their pursuit of strategic mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Boisjoli is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Graduate Diploma in Accountancy from Concordia University.
