Aptilon Announces Acquisition of an Online Health Network

Acquisition expected to immediately increase transaction volume, revenue and overall gross margins

Montreal, Quebec, January 11, 2008 Aptilon Corporation (“Aptilon” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V: APZ), a leading provider of physician access through its innovative alternative sales and marketing channel, today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire all the issued and outstanding shares of Tinderbox Partners Inc. (“Tinderbox”),a digital marketing firm for pharmaceutical marketers. Tinderbox operates Allied Health Partners (“AHP”), anonline network of medical and other partner channels offering innovative and unprecedented access to healthcare professionals. Aptilon will pay total consideration of$ 2,835,000 comprised of $ 1,535,000 payable in cash and $ 1,300,000 payable by the issuance of 3,250,000 common shares of Aptilon at a deemed price of $ 0.40 per share for the shares of Tinderbox. The transaction is expected to close on about January 16, 2008.
